Traditional Indian

Indian cuisine in paradise hotel mainly consists of North Indian food. It extensively uses dairy products like milk, paneer, ghee (clarified butter), and yoghurt (yogurt) which form the common ingredients. Food items includes a mouth watering vegetarian treat like mushroom kofta, chilly cheese, rajma chawal, malai kofta, dum aloo, dal makni, chana masala etc.


Muglai Delicacies

Mughlai cuisine consists of the food that was once prepared in the kitchens of the royal Mughal emperors. Indian cuisine is highly influenced by the cooking style practiced during the Mughal era. Mughlai food is quite spicy and has a very unique aroma. The rich preparation of Mughlai food consisting of flavored sauces and butter based curries.


Kashmiri Wazwan

Wazwan, a multi-course meal in the Kashmiri tradition, is treated with great respect. Its preparation is considered an art. Almost all the dishes are meat-based (lamb, chicken, fish, beef). Wazwan is mostly restricted to the Muslims of Kashmir and they regard it as the pride of their culture and identity.


Chinese Specialties

Mainly consist of chinese treats adapted to indian tastes using indian cooking techniques. Foods here are flavored with regional indian spice along with soya sauce, ginger and green onions in order to give delicious indian chinese cuisine. The Kashmiri feni served as a sweets after the food was like icing on the cake. We as a family, half were Veg and half wever non-veg. "Nice hotel with good location and food!!!" The hotel in right in the Pahalgammain market. It has got a nice view too. Food is good. Hotel staffs are very good and cooperative.
